Embroidery

Embroidery is a method of decorating fabric using a needle and thread. It can be done by hand or with a machine and is used to create designs, logos, or patterns on clothing, caps, and fabric items. Common embroidery styles include satin stitch, chain stitch, and 3D puff embroidery.

UV DTF Printing

UV DTF printing combines DTF with UV-curable inks that are printed onto film and cured immediately under ultraviolet light. Instead of heat alone, the UV cure hardens the ink directly on the film, allowing incredibly sharp, vibrant, and durable prints. It’s eco‑friendly, emits zero VOCs, and suitable beyond textiles —to plastics, metal, glass, and more

DTF Printing

DTF (Direct to Film) is a digital printing method where designs are printed on PET film, coated with adhesive powder, and heat-pressed onto garments. It produces vibrant, high-resolution prints with excellent detail, suitable for cotton, polyester, leather, and more.

Flock Printing

Flock printing involves printing a special adhesive onto the fabric, then applying fine nylon or rayon fibers, resulting in a soft, velvet-like texture. The adhesive binds the fibers to create raised, plush designs with a premium feel. Ideal for sophisticated or tactile branding elements like logos or names

Cracking Printing

Cracking printing uses special crackle inks that dry and form a distressed, cracked surface. It’s often used to create vintage or grunge-style graphics with a worn-in look. The cracks become more pronounced over time and with wear. Great for retro-themed or artistic apparel.

High Density Printing

High density printing also produces a raised effect but achieves much sharper edges and finer detail than puff. Thicker ink layers are applied through lower mesh counts and cured to maintain crisp outlines and subtle relief. Best suited for simple, bold designs and garments that are washed sparingly.

Puff Printing

Puff printing uses a plastisol ink mixed with a heat‑reactive foaming agent. After printing, the garment is cured, causing the ink to rise and create a soft, raised 3D texture. It’s ideal for bold text or graphics, adds visual depth, and is tactile to the touch . Works well on cotton or cotton blends.
